Responsibilities
- Qualify client leads through discovery calls
- Identify and call prospective DSO to stimulate new client acquisition
- Serve as a key player and contributor to the direction of this growing sales team
- Take a hybrid multi level selling approach to win large customers
- Meticulously track sales activity using Salesforce
- Serve as a core stakeholder in defining the enterprise sales process
- Work seamlessly with senior sales leadership to meet high-level KPIs and revenue targets
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience in a high-growth startup environment
- Deep experience closing deals (mid-market or multi-level selling preferred)
- Experience breaking new ground with novel products or complex deals
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and ramp up quickly
- Highly skilled and organized in Salesforce or related CRM
- Codified sales approach involving multi-threading and business case modeling
- Fluency in Spanish and English
Preferred Qualifications
- SaaS experience or experience working with Dental DSOs
- Experience with MEDDIC
- Experience with similar ICP (Dental/Private Practice Medical)
- Experience with marketplace models
