About the role
Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, and install drywall panels to specified dimensions
- Tape, mud, and sand seams to ensure a seamless finish
- Repair and patch damaged drywall
- Install corner bead and trim to create smooth edges and corners
- Apply texture and/or paint to achieve desired finish
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Travel within a 50 mile radius for various projects around the bay
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Drywaller in a construction or related field
- Strong knowledge of drywall installation and finishing techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Familiarity with various drywall tools and equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials
- Valid driver's license
