Dryer Line Lead

Responsibilities

• Inspect, operate, and test machinery or equipment to diagnose malfunctions and report findings to leadership
• Manage the startup and shutdown procedures for machinery
• Troubleshoot various mechanical issues to ensure continuous production
• Assemble, install, and repair wiring or electrical components experiencing basic malfunctions
• Perform routine maintenance including cleaning and lubricating shafts, bearings, gears, and other machinery parts
• Maintain equipment in optimal operating condition

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work a minimum of 10 hours per day
• Flexibility to work Saturdays and overtime as needed
• Basic mathematics skills
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant mechanical or industrial experience
