Dry Ice Technician

Responsibilities

• Pack and prepare dry ice orders for various market segments
• Load trailers and ship dry ice directly to branches or customers
• Operate, monitor, and control dry ice process equipment to maintain smooth operations
• Operate a forklift and electric pallet jack for daily tasks
• Prepare shipping documents to ensure all deliveries are properly documented
• Maintain a clean and safe production area, warehouse, and shipping bins
• Meet established standards for productivity, quality, and safety protocols

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively
• Basic math skills for regular calculations
• Computer literacy and comfort with data entry systems
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with industrial equipment
• Strong respect for safety protocols and environmental standards
• Reliable transportation to and from the worksite

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in an industrial environment
• Forklift certification
• First Aid certification
