Responsibilities
- Ensure the department operates according to company standards, including proper product display
- Organize and supervise the work of the team
- Represent the company in contacts with customers and suppliers through professional service
- Collaborate in building MAKRO's image as a customer-friendly company
- Comply with health and safety (BHP) requirements
Requirements
- Enthusiasm and engagement in daily customer service
- Minimum secondary education
- Experience in sales and customer service
- Experience in team organization
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Basic knowledge of MMS program (for internal candidates)
- Reliability and honesty
- Readiness for physical work
- Availability for shift work, including nights and weekends
- Forklift operator license is an advantage
