Dry Etch Process Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop the strategic vision for the ID1 Process and Equipment Engineering Dry Etch Process team
• Establish high-reaching performance targets and communicate goals to team members
• Partner with Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering teams to validate capacity planning and wafer output
• Support department business processes for process qualification on new tools
• Serve as a key technical resource and identify global best-known methods
• Lead and mentor team members to support career development and succession planning
• Ensure all work is conducted in accordance with Micron safety policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering or science-related field
• Minimum of 5 years of direct Dry Etch experience
• Must hold a Senior Engineer level or higher position
• Proven track record of leading small and large teams toward common goals
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects and communicate technical information effectively
