Drug Product Manufacturing Associate II

Responsibilities

• Execute GMP production of injectable pharmaceuticals in an FDA-regulated aseptic environment
• Prepare equipment and materials, including glasswashers, autoclaves, depyrogenation ovens, and automated filling machines
• Perform semi-routine manufacturing tasks and troubleshoot semi-complex processes under cGMP guidelines
• Assist technical personnel with mechanical troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment
• Prepare components, media, buffers, and other solutions as required
• Accurately document data and write or review batch records in compliance with cGMP
• Participate in the research and implementation of new methods and technologies to enhance operations

Requirements

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in science or engineering preferred
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in manufacturing, laboratory, mechanical, or engineering roles
• Familiarity with cGMP, machine operations, and data entry
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to follow detailed directions in a highly regulated manufacturing environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work while donning aseptic gowning
