About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute GMP production of injectable pharmaceuticals in an FDA-regulated aseptic environment
- Prepare equipment and materials, including glasswashers, autoclaves, depyrogenation ovens, and automated filling machines
- Perform semi-routine manufacturing tasks and troubleshoot semi-complex processes under cGMP guidelines
- Assist technical personnel with mechanical troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment
- Prepare components, media, buffers, and other solutions as required
- Accurately document data and write or review batch records in compliance with cGMP
- Participate in the research and implementation of new methods and technologies to enhance operations
Requirements
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in science or engineering preferred
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience in manufacturing, laboratory, mechanical, or engineering roles
- Familiarity with cGMP, machine operations, and data entry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to follow detailed directions in a highly regulated manufacturing environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work while donning aseptic gowning
