DRP Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Accountable for distribution requirements planning (DRP) for a cluster including Poland and DACH markets
• Manage and develop a team of 9–10 Distribution Requirements planners
• Establish the DRP planning organization within Global Business Services, from knowledge capture to stabilization
• Generate daily and weekly replenishment plans to satisfy customer orders while maintaining optimal safety stock levels
• Identify market demand and distribution planning parameters to anticipate supply chain volatility
• Manage stock balancing across different Distribution Centres to prevent stock-outs and obsolescence
• Act as the primary point of escalation for daily and weekly issues across all categories in the cluster
• Coordinate with Supply Planning, Customer Support, and Logistics teams to ensure market plans meet service levels and working capital targets
• Lead the "Run to Standard" agenda to ensure system compliance and process optimization

Requirements

• Engineering educational background
• 5–8 years of experience in line management
• Proven experience in distribution planning or similar supply planning functions
• Proficiency in product category planning
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems
