Driving Instructor

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored driving lessons based on the NRMA Driver Training Curriculum
• Teach independent driving skills to learner drivers
• Develop expertise to deliver the NSW Safer Drivers Course
• Work towards becoming an Older Driver Assessor
• Potentially act as an authorised trainer for the Corporate Driver Training program
• Manage diary and schedule to optimize customer service

Requirements

• Valid NSW Driving Instructor Licence
• Valid NSW C class Driver’s Licence
• Valid Working with Children’s Check (WWCC)
• Willingness to obtain TfNSW Safer Drivers Course accreditation
• Willingness to obtain Older Driver Assessment qualifications
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of NSW road rules and regulations
• Ability to work a roster between Monday and Sunday, 7am – 8pm

Preferred Qualifications

• Facilitation skills
• Willingness to undergo Cert IV Training and Assessment
• Willingness to be upskilled for Corporate Driver Training programs
