Driving Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist the driver with all pickups, deliveries, loading, and unloading of customer products
• Support the driver in driving and parking situations to ensure company safety measures are followed
• Ensure the quality, security, and safe handling of all products
• Complete all required scanning, run paperwork, and documentation accurately and on time
• Maintain a professional appearance by wearing the correct uniform and PPE
• Interact with customers in a helpful, friendly, and polite manner
• Adhere to all company training modules, operations manuals, policies, and safety procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Driver Assistant or within a transport company
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills for documentation and scanning
• Strong customer service skills
• Punctual, reliable, and highly organized
