Driver/Warehouse

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial vehicles (10k-26k lbs) safely and efficiently in compliance with company policies and DOT regulations
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure equipment is in optimal working condition
• Pick, load, and deliver products directly to customers or company locations with accuracy and care
• Manage customer relationships through professional face-to-face, phone, and email communication
• Perform warehouse duties including shipping, receiving, and order picking while maintaining FIFO compliance
• Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, in a safe and efficient manner
• Receive and inspect returned products, checking for damage and verifying packing slip accuracy
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory management initiatives
• Actively participate in a Zero Harm culture by reporting incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions

Requirements

• 2-4 years of delivery driver experience operating commercial vehicles weighing 10k-26k pounds
• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) or appropriate licensing for the role
• High School diploma or equivalent education
• Forklift operation certification or willingness to obtain certification
• Knowledge of vehicle safety regulations and DOT compliance requirements
• Physical capability to lift, carry, and handle warehouse materials safely
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• HVAC industry experience
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office software
• Experience with material handling equipment beyond forklifts
• Knowledge of FIFO inventory management systems
• Previous experience in a customer-facing delivery role
