Driver/Valet/Yardsman

Responsibilities

• Carry out timely collection and delivery of customer and courtesy vehicles as scheduled
• Complete all relevant paperwork detailing claims and non-related damage
• Collect excess payments and ensure correct financial procedures are followed
• Drive vehicles in a safe and lawful manner, reporting any faults
• Wash, vacuum, clean, and polish vehicles to a high standard
• Perform steam cleaning of engines and engine compartments when requested
• Report any accidents or incidents to the Bodyshop Manager immediately
• Check courtesy cars for damage and cleanliness before delivery
• Adhere to all Housekeeping and Health and Safety regulations

Requirements

• Full driving license with the correct classification
• Logistics experience
• Experience in vehicle appraisal
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Professional and interpersonal skills
