Driver/Intake Specialist

Their mission is to empower individuals and families to recover from addiction, trauma, mental illness, and other chronic medical conditions through comprehensive, integrated care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure assigned vehicles are clean and well-maintained
• Drive program vehicles safely to transport clients to appointments and program locations
• Complete pickups and deliveries for medications, documents, and supplies
• Assist clients with entering and exiting vehicles with safety and dignity
• Assist with triaging individuals seeking entry into Integrated Treatment Services
• Support intake processes and administer drug screenings as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation related to transportation and intake activities

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Massachusetts Driver’s License with a strong safe driving record
• Ability to demonstrate compassion and professionalism with individuals in recovery
• Proficiency using mobile technology including GPS, calls, and email
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Spanish Bilingual skills
