About the role
Responsibilities
- Promote and upsell CCT products and services when booking courses
- Liaise with trainers regarding bookings and participant numbers
- Create and send notification letters to enrolled trainees
- Distribute certificates of completion to successful participants
- Maintain sales referrals table for commission processing
- Follow up sales leads and issue daily progress reports to the State Manager
- Answer inbound calls professionally and respond to enquiries
Requirements
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills
- Administrative experience working for a Registered Training Organisation
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills

- Experience with Student Management Systems
