About the role

Responsibilities

  • Promote and upsell CCT products and services when booking courses
  • Liaise with trainers regarding bookings and participant numbers
  • Create and send notification letters to enrolled trainees
  • Distribute certificates of completion to successful participants
  • Maintain sales referrals table for commission processing
  • Follow up sales leads and issue daily progress reports to the State Manager
  • Answer inbound calls professionally and respond to enquiries

Requirements

  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills
  • Administrative experience working for a Registered Training Organisation
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Student Management Systems
