Driver Trainer

Responsibilities

• Deliver MC Driver training from onboarding through to annual recertification
• Conduct practical assessments, simulations, and safety drills
• Lead and mentor internal MC Driver trainers to ensure consistent standards
• Analyse performance data and incidents to identify training gaps and needs
• Maintain accurate training records and competency documentation in compliance with WHS standards
• Collaborate with WHS, Recruitment, and HR to align onboarding and compliance processes

Requirements

• Valid Australian MC Driver’s Licence
• Proven road train experience, including minimum Triple Road Train configuration
• Front End Loader Operator Ticket
• Ability to successfully pass a Commercial Driver’s Medical
• Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
• Strong, verifiable safety record and commitment to safe work practices
