Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver training programs to support operational excellence
- Support onboarding and assessment of drivers
- Drive the BeSafe culture and promote compliance
- Monitor competency and performance of the workforce
- Provide guidance on safety and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with operational leaders and frontline employees to develop workforce capability
Requirements
- Experience in the transport or logistics industry
- Heavy Vehicle Licence
- Knowledge of National Heavy Vehicle Law (NHVL)
- Training and/or auditing qualifications
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
