Driver Technology Specialist

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for driver and fleet manager technology issues including ELD, Samsara, and McLeod Sidekick
• Triage, document, and resolve support requests or escalate to vendors
• Perform ScaleFusion MDM administration including device enrollment and app pushes
• Track device inventory and coordinate replacements or updates
• Assist in administering Samsara, Drivewyze, Transflo, and McLeod Sidekick platforms
• Pull standard reports from platform dashboards for management review
• Support technology rollouts and prepare driver training materials
• Coordinate with vendors by submitting and tracking support tickets

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in technology support, fleet operations, or a customer-facing technical role
• Proficiency with mobile apps, smartphones, and web-based platforms
• Strong communication skills to explain technical steps to non-technical users
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and open issues simultaneously
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with ELD platforms, MDM tools, or telematics systems like Samsara or Lytx
• Experience with McLeod LoadMaster, Document Power, or Transflo
• Background in helpdesk or IT support
• Associate's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
