Driver Recruitment Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Set individual recruitment targets aligned with department goals
• Manage the recruitment team day-to-day to drive productivity and KPI output
• Report recruitment progress and insights to the Driver Recruitment Manager
• Compile accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Maintain the Interview Scheduling Sheet for tracking team activity
• Assist with new driver recruitment projects and vacancy filing
• Guide and encourage development areas for recruitment team members

Requirements

• Grade 12
• National Diploma or Tertiary qualification
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar leadership position
• Strong knowledge of the delivery environment
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment
