Driver Recruiting Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Driver Recruiting team to understand sourcing needs and develop a deep understanding of the CDL labor market
• Coordinate the requisition and job posting process across various platforms
• Screen applications and conduct initial screening interviews with candidates
• Maintain accurate applicant and interview data within the Tenstreet applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Coordinate and attend recruiting events, including job fairs, driving schools, and industry trade shows
• Assist qualified candidates with employment applications and ensure all necessary paperwork is submitted to the processing team
• Support hiring managers and operations management with staffing needs and recruiting activities

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 1-2 years of professional experience in Sales, Customer Service, Human Resources, or Recruiting
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional planning, time management, and multi-tasking skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Transportation or Logistics industry
• Experience with recruiting technologies and internet candidate data mining
• Knowledge of DOT requirements
