Driver Ready Mix Trainee

Responsibilities

• Safely drive ready-mix trucks to and from various job sites
• Ensure timely and safe delivery of concrete loads
• Inspect and adjust loads to maintain correct color, consistency, and slump
• Adhere to all safety regulations including CEMEX, D.O.T., and O.S.H.A. standards
• Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness of the truck and equipment
• Provide professional customer service at all delivery locations
• Coordinate closely with dispatch and team members for efficient operations

Requirements

• Must possess a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL A or B)
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Acceptable CSA and MVR record
• No DUI/DWI convictions within the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations in the previous 3 years
• Ability to perform heavy physical work, including lifting up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Bilingual skills
