Driver Ready Mix

Responsibilities

• Safely operate concrete mixer trucks to deliver loads to commercial and residential work sites
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of concrete while adhering to all safety regulations
• Manage discharge methods and handle extension chutes (30-50 lbs) for precise pouring
• Maintain truck cleanliness and perform basic mechanical upkeep
• Coordinate with dispatch and team members to ensure efficient daily operations
• Provide professional customer service to clients at various job sites

Requirements

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL A or B)
• Acceptable CSA and MVR record
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
• Must qualify as not prohibited in the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in diverse outdoor industrial environments

Preferred Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
