Driver

Responsibilities

• Transport and deliver building materials to dealers, distribution centers, and construction job sites using a 5-ton cube truck
• Perform thorough pre and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report necessary repairs or maintenance
• Ensure compliance with DOT guidelines and safety procedures
• Verify content loads prior to leaving facilities
• Load and unload products in the warehouse safely and efficiently
• Complete and maintain required customer delivery paperwork
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers regarding deliveries

Requirements

• Valid Class 5 driver's license
• Clean driving record
• Ability to perform repetitive heavy lifting up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work under variable weather conditions
• Ability to install tire chains for winter driving
• Capacity for extensive standing, bending, lifting, and walking

Preferred Qualifications

• Multi-drop delivery experience
