Driver Pick-up & Delivery

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous delivery of cylinder gases and welding supplies
• Pick up empty cylinders to ensure a smooth equipment cycle
• Load and unload trucks collaboratively with team members following safety regulations
• Coordinate daily loads and plan routes based on dispatched items
• Manage the offloading of trucks upon return to the facility
• Maintain the general appearance and mechanical maintenance of the truck and equipment

Requirements

• Valid Class 3 driver's license with Air Brakes certification
• Clean driver's abstract
• 2+ years of experience in the delivery industry or a related field
• Physical ability to repetitively lift up to 50 lbs
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to build rapport with clients

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift Certification
• Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) certification
• Experience managing delivery schedules while nurturing client relationships
