Driver Operations Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Grow Lalamove's offline presence in the Jabodetabek area by increasing the number of branded sticker drivers and Lalabags.
• Manage offline presence operations, including the acquisition and retention of sticker drivers.
• Execute driver communication initiatives via phone, WhatsApp, and in-app notifications to drive hub attendance and SOP education.
• Monitor the operations of three hubs and the Call Ops team in Jakarta.
• Directly manage a team consisting of associates, call agents, and sticker installer support.
• Oversee the growth and maintenance of third-party hubs and vendors.
• Manage offline presence inventory, including stock availability and weekly distribution of stickers and Lalabags.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations.
• Proven experience managing medium-scale teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data handling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to meet company-set targets in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• University degree from a reputable institution.
• Major in Operations Management or Industrial Engineering.
