Driver Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee driver supply management by maintaining a strong pipeline of leads and managing the onboarding process.
• Monitor driver activity and implement initiatives to improve retention and platform engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the driver community to foster trust and gather feedback.
• Provide strategic oversight for the Offline Presence function, including driver outreach and brand visibility initiatives.
• Develop and maintain driver operations SOPs and policies to ensure consistent service quality.
• Track and analyze operational metrics to identify trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead operational projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product, Finance, and Customer Support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 6+ years of operational or leadership experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a data-driven, analytical mindset.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage a diverse driver community.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in logistics, marketplace platforms, or e-commerce.
• Experience working in a fast-paced or start-up environment.
• Basic understanding of mobile and web-based platforms.
