Driver Operations Associate Team Lead (Long Haul)

Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize daily transportation routes to ensure on-time and cost-efficient deliveries
• Analyze order volume, delivery zones, and fleet capacity to create optimal dispatch plans
• Mentor and coach team members on logistics best practices and operational excellence
• Coordinate with onsite vendor teams to align shipment schedules and manage external partners
• Monitor route performance and adjust plans based on real-time operational changes
• Support load planning, route consolidation, and transport cost optimization
• Maintain accurate transport planning data and comprehensive operational reports

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Supply Chain or Fleet management
• Proven experience in Operations, Logistics, or Project Management
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
• Excellent command of English (Reading, Speaking, Writing, and Listening)
• Demonstrated leadership ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
