Driver Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement offline driver acquisition programs and initiatives to grow driver supply.
• Grow and improve acquisition activities through in-app referral programs, affiliates, and on-ground manpower.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to optimize paid and organic channels via campaigns and events.
• Explore new channels to increase brand awareness and interest in joining Lalamove as a driver partner.
• Partner with driver onboarding, offline presence, and driver management teams to achieve supply targets.
• Lead and monitor day-to-day on-ground manpower to ensure daily targets are met.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in an operations role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with fluent proficiency in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to champion and implement new processes from planning to execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in a startup or logistics company.
• Experience in sales activities.
