Driver Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Ensure a stable supply of driver partners through promotional activities and vehicle utilization optimization
• Lead driver training and guidance to ensure superior customer experience and compliance with SOPs and SLAs
• Manage the application of Lalamove branding/logos on partner vehicles according to specific standards
• Propose new ideas and process improvements to simplify daily operational tasks
• Meet individual and team operational targets
• Execute special projects and tasks as assigned by the direct manager

Requirements

• University or College degree
• Minimum 1 year of experience in operations or customer service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Fluent Vietnamese communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
• An open mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people
