About the role
Responsibilities
- Verify Driver Partner documents and ensure onboarding requirements meet company guidelines
- Provide support for walk-in enquiries to assist with the onboarding process
- Respond to enquiries via Zoho tickets, WhatsApp, and other support channels
- Manage administrative processes including bank account updates and wallet balance refunds
- Handle callback requests regarding onboarding and offboarding
- Provide backup support for inbound and outbound call operations during peak periods
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and the driver experience
Requirements
- Diploma in Business, Operations, Customer Service, or a related discipline
- Strong customer service mindset and communication skills
- Ability to interact with diverse backgrounds face-to-face and virtually
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience in customer service, operations, or logistics is an advantage
