Driver Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Work closely with market launch teams to develop driver acquisition processes
• Build and retain a high-activity driver community
• Increase brand awareness by growing the number of branded vehicles in the market
• Report daily to functional departments in Hong Kong with high integrity
• Align with local teams to execute new initiatives effectively
• Exceed individual and team targets and KPIs

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing capacity
• Fluent proficiency in written and spoken English
• Strong spreadsheet proficiency and a data-driven mindset
• Ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels
• Ability to travel frequently to New Jersey to support offline driver acquisition initiatives
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to champion new processes from plan to close
