Driver Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Ensure a stable supply of driver partners through promotional activities and vehicle utilization optimization
• Lead training sessions for driver partners to ensure superior customer experience and compliance with SOPs and SLAs
• Manage the application of Lalamove branding/logos on partner vehicles according to specific standards
• Propose new ideas and process improvements to simplify daily operational tasks
• Support the review and refinement of current operational standard procedures
• Meet individual and team-based driver operations targets
• Execute special projects and tasks as assigned by the direct manager

Requirements

• University or College degree
• Minimum 1 year of experience in operations or customer service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel
• Fluent Vietnamese communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple issues simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Open-mindedness and excellent communication skills to interact with diverse groups of people
