Driver Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Assess driver applications to ensure all documents are accurate and complete
• Conduct background checks to ensure compliance with legal and company standards
• Act as the primary point of contact for new drivers, addressing queries via phone, email, or chat
• Maintain accurate records of all onboarding activities and driver documentation
• Ensure all onboarding activities comply with local government regulations and company policies
• Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve the onboarding process

• Technology savvy
