Driver Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Meticulously examine driver onboarding documents, including licenses, vehicle registrations, and identity proofs, to ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Accurately update and maintain driver profiles within internal databases and proprietary tracking systems.
• Communicate with prospective drivers via email, SMS, or phone to resolve discrepancies or request missing information.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs related to processing volume, accuracy, and turnaround times (SLAs).
• Collaborate with team leads to identify workflow bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
• Support offline driver recruitment drives and roadshows through face-to-face document verification and brand representation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in data entry, document verification, compliance, customer support, or KYC operations.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies in documents quickly.
• Proficiency with CRM software, internal databases, and Google Workspace (including Microsoft Excel).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within the delivery or logistics industry.
