About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily face-to-face assistance to drivers regarding account concerns at the hub
  • Ensure a positive and professional experience for all drivers visiting the facility
  • Provide clear and accurate information regarding Lalamove services
  • Manage and resolve high-priority or complex driver cases, including safety violations and brand-impacting incidents
  • Identify patterns, inefficiencies, and risks from case data to drive operational improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • 2+ years of experience in case management, driver support, or customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Experience using CRM or case management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with empathy and patience
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and provide effective solutions to frustrated users
  • Willingness to work on-site in Quezon City
