About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide daily face-to-face assistance to drivers regarding account concerns at the hub
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for all drivers visiting the facility
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding Lalamove services
- Manage and resolve high-priority or complex driver cases, including safety violations and brand-impacting incidents
- Identify patterns, inefficiencies, and risks from case data to drive operational improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 2+ years of experience in case management, driver support, or customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience using CRM or case management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with empathy and patience
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and provide effective solutions to frustrated users
- Willingness to work on-site in Quezon City
