Driver Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Review and process facial recognition data and documentation for existing drivers to ensure identity assurance.
• Cross-verify biometric data against registered profiles to prevent account sharing, identity fraud, and unauthorized usage.
• Investigate and resolve high-priority driver identity mismatches or system flags.
• Assist relevant departments with escalations related to driver compliance and platform safety.
• Identify patterns of misuse or system glitches in the facial recognition flow and report them to the appropriate teams.
• Execute ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the Team Lead to improve platform safety.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and efficiently.
• Technology savvy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work 5 days a week.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in any field.
• Experience in the logistics or transportation industry.
