Driver - Leading Hand

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of collection vehicles and equipment
• Lead and support drivers in daily operational activities
• Perform daily pre-starts and maintenance checks on vehicles and equipment
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships
• Assist with training, coaching, and supporting team members
• Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of vehicles and equipment

Requirements

• Unrestricted HR license
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience within transport, logistics, waste, or a similar industry
• Clean driving record
• Strong commitment to safety and a team-oriented attitude
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug screen

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift licence
