Driver/Inventory Coordinator III

Responsibilities

• Safely transport chemicals and gas to designated customer locations following all transportation regulations and safety protocols
• Receive, verify, log, and label incoming materials in the customer's Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) equipment to facilitate the loading and unloading of shipments
• Maintain accurate labeling of chemical and gas containers to ensure safe handling and regulatory compliance
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle and equipment inspections
• Manage inventory using system reports and follow "first expire, first out" (FEFO) rules
• Respond to spills and emergencies according to established protocols
• Collaborate with the team to improve process efficiency and waste management initiatives

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Minimum 25 years of age
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Hazmat endorsement
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• 1+ year of experience with chemical and gas knowledge
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with compressed gases
• Foundational knowledge of Oracle and LIMS
