Driver, HIAB

Responsibilities

• Operate HIAB-equipped trucks safely for transportation, loading, and unloading of materials
• Perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with UAE regulations
• Operate truck-mounted cranes to lift and position materials according to safety procedures
• Secure loads properly to ensure safe transportation without damage
• Follow approved lifting plans, risk assessments, and supervisor instructions
• Conduct routine checks on hydraulic systems and crane components
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and up-to-date documentation and permits
• Comply with UAE traffic laws and project-specific safety regulations
• Coordinate with logistics and site teams for timely material movement
• Report accidents, incidents, and equipment malfunctions promptly

Requirements

• Valid UAE Heavy Driving License
• 3–5 years of experience operating HIAB trucks or heavy vehicles
• Knowledge of UAE traffic regulations and safe lifting practices
• Ability to read lifting instructions and delivery notes
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and inspection
• Physical fitness for yard, site, and remote project environments
