Driver, HIAB

Responsibilities

• Operate HIAB-equipped trucks for the safe transportation, loading, unloading, and lifting of materials and equipment.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and regulatory compliance.
• Use truck-mounted cranes to lift and position materials according to approved lifting plans and safety procedures.
• Secure all loads properly to prevent damage during transit.
• Conduct routine checks on hydraulic systems, crane components, and lifting accessories.
• Maintain accurate vehicle documentation, permits, and inspection records.
• Coordinate with logistics and site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Comply with all UAE traffic laws and project-specific safety regulations.

Requirements

• Valid UAE Heavy Driving License.
• 3–5 years of experience operating HIAB trucks or heavy vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of UAE traffic regulations and safe lifting practices.
• Ability to read and understand lifting instructions and delivery notes.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and inspection procedures.
• Physical fitness to work in yard, site, and remote project environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Proven ability to work effectively in team environments and meet strict deadlines.
