Driver Growth Associate

About the Company

8Fleet is a rapidly growing LA-based technology and logistics startup building the operational infrastructure for both autonomous and non-autonomous rideshare fleets.

Responsibilities

• Help run and improve driver acquisition across channels like job boards, social media, referrals, and local partnerships
• Turn driver demand into clear weekly and monthly goals and build plans to meet them
• Test and improve messaging, incentives, and outreach to increase driver interest
• Track driver movement through the onboarding process and identify drop-off points
• Work with Operations to remove unnecessary steps and speed up onboarding
• Provide guidance and structure to the team handling driver outreach and follow-ups
• Build repeatable processes to make driver growth more predictable
• Monitor early driver success and retention to improve future hiring efforts

Requirements

• 1–4+ years of experience in growth, operations, recruiting operations, or marketing
• Comfort working with basic metrics and tracking progress across a funnel
• Practical, hands-on mindset for improving processes
• Ability to collaborate with different teams
• Clear communication skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with job boards, candidate outreach, or local lead generation
• Familiarity with basic CRM, ATS, or tracking tools
• Experience in logistics, gig work, or service-based businesses
