Driver, Dump Truck/Tractor

Responsibilities

• Deliver oils, acids, gases, and chemicals to various work sites throughout the facility
• Retrieve hazardous and non-hazardous waste from satellite accumulation areas and transfer to proper containers
• Transport chemicals and paint between specific plant locations and work cells
• Use forklifts and internal power trucks to deliver and retrieve materials at job sites
• Maintain hazardous waste storage areas, including documentation and mixing waste for shipment according to safety specifications
• Assist in waste pickups by staging containers for storage and collection
• Utilize various tools including wrenches, ratchets, and pressure gauges to perform tasks

Requirements

• At least two (2) years of experience driving heavy vehicles
• Proficiency in operating dump trucks and tractors, including loading and unloading procedures
• Hands-on experience operating forklifts
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and transportation best practices
• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or protected status) due to export control laws

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in facilities management or construction environments
• Experience with vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
