Responsibilities

• Drive utility vehicles to transport and deliver household appliances to customers within deadlines
• Adhere to road safety rules and driving procedures
• Load and unload appliances securely to prevent damage
• Install appliances at customer homes following safety standards and manufacturer recommendations
• Perform necessary electrical, water, or gas connections
• Explain appliance operation and provide maintenance advice to customers
• Provide professional customer service and handle returns or exchanges

Requirements

• Valid Category B driver's license
• Basic technical knowledge in electricity, plumbing, and appliance assembly
• Good physical condition for handling heavy loads
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Rigor, attention to detail, and punctuality
• Ability to manage stress and adapt to unforeseen circumstances
