Driver

Responsibilities

• Manage material transfers between buildings to ensure steady flow and meet established SLAs
• Complete pre-trip inspections and maintain vehicle maintenance schedules
• Ensure all vehicles and yard horses are in appropriate operating order and fueled
• Scan material being off-loaded at each facility
• Use jack and forklift to move equipment in and out of trailers
• Maintain regular communication with facilities to coordinate logistics and respond to production requests
• Train new drivers during peak seasons

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 5-7 years of experience in fulfillment operations or a related environment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Certified Forklift or Power Jack License
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Ability to lift 50lbs and sit for long periods of time
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays based on production volumes

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s degree
• Spanish communication skills
