Driver

Responsibilities

• Operate Class 8 tractors to safely transport hazardous and non-hazardous chemical materials (liquid and dry).
• Perform bulk and packaged deliveries, including loading and unloading using pumps, air, and other equipment.
• Execute proper transfer and delivery procedures, ensuring all products are securely positioned after completion.
• Maintain strict compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards, including proper labeling, placarding, and pre-inspections.
• Complete all required documentation, daily logs, and maintain communication with dispatchers.
• Care for assigned equipment, including ELDs, camera systems, and tracking units.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and, if required, forklifts.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or US military experience.
• Valid Class A CDL with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements.
• Current DOT medical card.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and frequently move up to 150 lbs.
• Ability to sit for long periods and climb ladders.
• Must reside within 60 miles of the location.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and DOT fit-for-duty exam.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of liquid bulk hauling experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of commercial truck driving experience.
• Certification from an Accredited Commercial Driving Academy.
• Current TWIC card.
