Driver

Responsibilities

• Carry out collection and delivery of customer vehicles as scheduled
• Complete relevant paperwork detailing claims and non-related damage
• Collect excess payments and follow correct financial procedures
• Drive vehicles in a safe and lawful manner
• Report all vehicle faults, accidents, or incidents to the Bodyshop Manager
• Check courtesy cars for damage and cleanliness before delivery
• Notify customers and reception regarding any imminent delays
• Adhere to all Housekeeping and Health and Safety regulations
• Complete necessary office paperwork including fuel and drivers logs

Requirements

• Full driving license with the correct classification
• Logistics experience
• Experience of vehicle appraisal
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Excellent interpersonal skills
