About the role
Responsibilities
- Carry out collection and delivery of customer vehicles as scheduled
- Complete relevant paperwork detailing claims and non-related damage
- Collect excess payments and follow correct financial procedures
- Drive vehicles in a safe and lawful manner
- Report all vehicle faults, accidents, or incidents to the Bodyshop Manager
- Check courtesy cars for damage and cleanliness before delivery
- Notify customers and reception regarding any imminent delays
- Adhere to all Housekeeping and Health and Safety regulations
- Complete necessary office paperwork including fuel and drivers logs
Requirements
- Full driving license with the correct classification
- Logistics experience
- Experience of vehicle appraisal
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Excellent interpersonal skills
