Driver Academy for Women

Responsibilities

• Operate collection vehicles safely and efficiently to collect waste from commercial locations
• Perform loading and unloading duties of waste products
• Deliver loads to nominated disposal facilities
• Maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction
• Ensure the vehicle is maintained and presented well, both inside and out
• Complete all required paperwork and records accurately

Requirements

• Hold a current unrestricted driver’s licence for a minimum of 24 months
• Driving history with a maximum of 8 demerit points remaining
• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing
• Capability to perform manual handling tasks
• Ability to work early morning shifts (3-5am starts), Monday to Friday
• No prior heavy vehicle driving experience is required
