Drive Preparer

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end order preparation process from receipt to closure
• Prepare customer orders with high attention to product quality and selection
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards, including the respect of the cold chain
• Act as a brand ambassador by providing personalized service and a warm welcome to customers
• Optimize the preparation process to ensure customer satisfaction and efficiency

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar retail or preparation role is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer service orientation with a commercial mindset
• Ability to respect strict quality and hygiene protocols, specifically regarding the cold chain
