Drive Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the Drive sector, including team planning, training, and daily supervision
• Oversee customer service by monitoring order preparation, delivery, and dispute resolution
• Analyze key performance indicators including turnover, margins, out-of-stock rates, and preparation times
• Ensure product availability and monitor substitution rates to maintain e-commerce offer consistency
• Implement Group procedures to guarantee high-quality customer reception and relations

Requirements

• Bac+2/Bac+3 degree in commercial studies or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience as a Department Manager or Assistant Manager
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to unite teams
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on customer service and commercial excellence
