Drive Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the Drive sector, including team planning, training, and daily supervision
• Oversee customer service by monitoring order processing, preparation, and delivery to ensure high-quality reception and dispute resolution
• Analyze key performance indicators including turnover, margins, out-of-stock rates, and preparation times
• Ensure product availability and monitor substitution rates to maintain a consistent e-commerce offering
• Implement Group procedures and maintain high standards of customer relationship management

Requirements

• Bac+2/Bac+3 degree in commercial studies or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience as a Department Manager or Assistant Manager
• Proven team management and leadership skills
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build trust with clients
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results and operational excellence
