Drinking Water Plant Team Manager

Responsibilities

• Pilot daily drinking water supply (AEP) installations and ensure optimal functioning
• Organize and optimize team activities including workload planning, scheduling, and on-call rotations
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers within the scope of activity
• Handle water purchases and wholesale water sales
• Manage team performance, skill development, and individual evaluations
• Implement and animate the company's safety policy for the plant team
• Identify client needs for potential commercial actions and participate in technical committees (COTECH)
• Contribute to environmental and energy performance across operated sites

Requirements

• Higher education degree in water management or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of water treatment and drinking water distribution/adduction
• Proficiency in office automation tools
• Valid driver's license (Permis B)
• Ability to work in a rural territory and participate in on-call rotations
